Trade Finance Structuring
We structure bespoke trade finance solutions for physical gold and petroleum transactions. This includes confirmed Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit, MT760 instruments, and back-to-back payment frameworks tailored to the specific requirements of each transaction and counterparty.
Deal Structuring & Due Diligence
End-to-end transaction structuring from initial mandate through to closing. We manage the full procedure — FCO, SCO, LOI, ICPO, CIS, and SPA — while conducting rigorous due diligence on all counterparties, documentation, and deal procedures to ensure transaction integrity before any commitment is made.
Payment Instrument Facilitation
We coordinate and facilitate the deployment of payment instruments across international transactions, including Letters of Credit, SBLCs, MT760 bank guarantees, and TT structures. All instruments are routed through established correspondent banking channels in compliance with international banking standards.
Counterparty Verification & Due Diligence
Before any transaction proceeds, we conduct thorough verification of all counterparties — sellers, buyers, brokers, and intermediaries. This includes entity registration checks, regulatory status, beneficial ownership, sanctions screening, and assessment of all transaction documents for authenticity and compliance.
Product Sourcing
We connect institutional buyers with verified producers and suppliers across our established network. Petroleum supply sourced across the Caspian region, North Africa, and the Middle East. Gold supply sourced across East and West Africa. All sources are subject to mandate verification and ongoing supplier due diligence.
Mandate & Procedure Management
We draft, review, and manage the full suite of transaction documentation — LOI, ICPO, CIS, FCO, SCO, and SPA — ensuring procedures are commercially sound, legally consistent, and aligned with international commodity trade standards. We also identify and flag non-standard or fraudulent procedures before they reach execution stage.
Broker & Intermediary Protection
We structure and execute Non-Circumvention Non-Disclosure Agreements (NCNDAs) for all parties in a transaction chain. Commission structures, fee protection mechanics, and chain integrity are documented and enforced from mandate to closing, ensuring all intermediaries are protected throughout the deal lifecycle.
Logistics Coordination
We coordinate end-to-end logistics for the physical movement of commodities — from loading port through to delivery and inspection at destination. This includes vessel nomination, SGS/CCIC inspection, cargo insurance, and delivery verification, working with established freight and inspection partners across our active trade corridors.
